Summer is approaching fast so it’s time to get your bike out of the garage and give it a service. If you’re looking for inspiration for a perfect cycling summer, take a look at our Collection in the Kaiser Mountains in Austria. In the Wilder Kaiser region, you find wonderful bike Tours that lead through impressive landscapes around the towns of Ellmau, Going am Wilden Kaiser, Sheffau and Söll. Have you ever seen the southern face of the Kaiser Mountains painted red in the morning sun? Have you cycled through the Sölllandl Valley on a hot day, accompanied by the Weißache River? If not, then you have the chance this summer.

The Wilder Kaiser region has enjoyed cult status among winter sports enthusiasts and climbers for a long time. More and more cyclists are beginning to appreciate the region’s diversity too. Whether on a mountain bike Tour, a hike-a-bike adventure or a long road bike ride, there’s a huge offering here. Mostly following paved paths, the four Tours in this Collection take you to the region’s most beautiful landscapes and idyllic places. Whether you prefer exploring on an e-bike, touring bike or MTB is irrelevant – the important thing is that you feel comfortable and enjoy yourself.

The Wilder Kaiser region also has a lot to offer outside of sporting activities. Culinary delights, wellness centres and a wide range of leisure activities complete your perfect holiday. On a rest day, you can tuck into breakfast at a mountain inn and spend your afternoon improving your riding technique with advice from pro bikers, or simply relax at one of the swimming lakes – you decide.

The Kaiserradrunde route is an absolute highlight. Here, you cycle around the entire Kaiser mountain range. If you’re a sporty cyclist, you can complete the loop in one day, but there's no reason why you shouldn't do it in two days. We put together this video to show you the most beautiful places on the Tour:

Once around the Pölven - that's on the program for this tour. With 28 kilometers and 520 vertical meters, this tour can also be done in half a day, even if the vertical meters should not be underestimated. Visually, the Pölven may not quite keep up with its pretty neighbors, but of course that doesn't mean that the group doesn't …
