Wetzlar und Umgebung

The tour was planned from Braunfels to Weilburg with a visit to the wildlife park Tiergarten Weilburg. Since I had to come to Braunfels first, the start was also at the bus station.

Actually, I had something else in mind. But after I successfully found a chair leg late in the evening 😲😁 and now have a heavy bruise on my little toe, I wanted to take it easy. So this round was just right for me. Nice flat terrain.

A few weeks ago I had to break off in Hermannstein because of a heavy thunderstorm. So today again and since it should be quite warm, first thing in the morning 😁.



I have expanded the existing route to include the Roman Forum in Waldgirmes.

After the rainy Saturday I really wanted to go out again. The weather was too vague for me and so I decided to stay in Wetzlar and do some geocaching.



I chose four.

Actually, I just wanted to do a few ways. But then I had an idea.



Why not combine this with a short tour to the museums in the old town of Wetzlar. I had time and let's go. However, I did not visit the museums myself, I'll save that for another time. Today only expired.

Today not to the west 😁. It should go to Giessen. I also wanted to take advantage of the nice weather.



The route is not bad in and of itself. A bit monotonous, there are only fields, but you can enjoy the sun ☀️☀️.

Hoy fuimos de Oberhof cerca de Gießen a través de Kleinlinden, Dutenhofen y Garbenheim de regreso a Wetzlar 😁.

Nada especial, pero un buen recorrido con un clima maravilloso.

Hoy, con buen tiempo, viaje al castillo de Hermannstein. Pequeña ronda agradable sin requisitos especiales, solo sal 😅

Small tour that became quite demanding in places due to poor maintenance of the hiking trails. However, I was warned about bad experiences and had taken sticks with me as a precaution.



A beautiful area, largely through the forest. It was a lot of fun and gladly recommended for in between 👍.

Today a small, if very interesting tour.



Although, if you include the way there and back, something comes together 😅😂😂. But I didn't record it.
