Lechweg in 8 Etappen

First left the Lechweg from Elbigenalp and walked a beautiful path further up. At some point we came across the Lechweg again. It was super nice and varied. We hardly noticed the kilometers and the time flew by. It was a great day and finally nice weather after taking a break on Sunday.

3 stage today. We finally stayed dry at least from above. Very nice tour starting with our great accommodation in Gehren. Then followed the Lechweg for almost 10km. Stage 7 on the Lechweg from Weißenbach to Reutte / Lechaschau. Since it went so well in the morning and the weather was so great, we quickly extended the tour and took the cable car up into the air. From there we hiked 2 alpine pastures and then went over the Frauensee down to Lechaschau. Wonderful hike in great weather.

Stage 4 led us over the fascinating suspension bridge in Holzgau. We were on our own, but still wobbled a lot. After that we are Simms waterfall.

Today only a short tour from Stanzach to Weißenbach. We walked a little away from the Lechweg on the other side of the valley. The route was good, not a highlight, but quite a beautiful one. At some point on the last few kilometers we are along the Lech on the Lech cycle path. Short day of hiking today.

Final stage of the Lechweg for us to Füssen. Great weather. We met almost no one on the way until we crossed the border to the Alpsee. Here we met crowds of tourists. We weren't used to it anymore.
