Snow, snow! Thomas, are you sure that you were still on the road in the low mountain range🙄? It is not for nothing that my wife says to her former adopted home: Snow hole Franconia 🥶! Great hike with impressive pictures.

I hiked the same route last year, but to Nagel, where I could still jump into the lake. I found the place where you had your beer particularly beautiful. It was so quiet and lonely and that day the view was great too.

Usually you can eat and drink deliciously on the kitchen counter. 🤷🏼

Thank you Jürgen! In fact, the snow surprised me a little, but mostly it wasn't a problem. The Fichtelgebirge will certainly be the snowiest region in Franconia, after all it towers a little over the Thuringian Forest.
