The Zeddenbacher mill is a working, 120-year-old mill building that has been preserved as the last part of the old Zeddenbach. Since the Wine Route, the Romanesque Road, a cycle path and of course the Unstrut pass directly by the mill, you will find here not only for lovers of old technology, but hikers of all types of transport. A break in the mill restaurant "Feiße" or in the mill shop is worth the short walk from Freyburger center along the wine-hung Schweigenberge. Guided tours during production are special experiences. The creaking of the wooden beams, the rustling of the grain and the scent of fresh flour make time forget - especially when the miller leaves old stories out of the flour sack.
