The Unstruttalbrücke is a double-railed overpass of the new Erfurt-Leipzig / Halle line. With a length of 2668 m, it is the second longest railway bridge in Germany after the Saale-Elster Viaduct. The structure consists of a chain of 580 m long jointless and bearingless prestressed concrete frame bridges, a form of construction that was used for the first time in Germany for a prestressed concrete railway bridge (Wikipedia).
