What an Easter Monday today, first storm 🌬 ⛈ and rain, then the snow ❄️ and the temperatures dropped to zero degrees. I prefer the warm room.
Mulled wine would have been more appropriate today 😲😀😠
He was there today too. We had a choice. In the end, everything came out 😁😆
Picture 41 .... the 4th Easter Advent 🐰❄☃️
Yes, that's the way it is in the mountains. Is there regular warnings about how quickly the weather can change. 😉
Despite the adversity, you really enjoyed yourself again as you can see and definitely experienced an exciting hike with regard to the weather. 👌👍
I found the countless beetle trees in Saechsische Schweiz again very frightening. Whole slopes meanwhile cleared and where they still stand, like a ghost match forest, gray and bare ...
Your hike 👍👍👍
Well, it's actually not that bad with the beetle up there. The clearcuts are more from the storms 2 or 3 years ago. In the meantime, timber is being felled again.
But it's good for our mountains here. The boring monocultures are finally disappearing and there are even views of individual mountains again. 👌
Good luck for! Again great impressions and pictures 😂
E-Mike, you seem to know your way around, you are often out there. That's right, at some point the trees 🌲 will be harvested. In the Harz, the sight of the forest is much worse.
Because the weather was so unpredictable, we preferred to go to the Hohen Forst and were in good hands.
By the way, you put the little Hirschenstein in the spotlight. Very quaint. 👌👍
I think you would like the whale head between Eibenstock and Schönheide very much in that relationship. Very photogenic rock formation there below the Krinitzberg and can also be easily combined with a hike over the Knock to Schönheide.
Thanks e-Mike for the animal comparison. Have a nice evening. 😆😃
