Go hiking. Cycling is possible. To run? A minor disaster. It is not even (mainly) the physical condition that is missing. My ankles are just killing me. 🔪 Reminds me of my first days on the Arizona Trail. Pain without end. Oh well. Good things take time. 😆🐌
Or maybe check your running shoes. Laufladen Lunge in Berlin makes gait / running analyzes on the treadmill. They also offer two different shoe insoles.
Dear all of you. But I've been running for almost 8 years, including a marathon;) I only had to take a break because of the broken and now repaired cruciate ligament. Perhaps I should have added that. I have endless suitable running shoes and training programs. 😅 But my body has to get used to it again.

If you only see the picture I would say: enlarge the running lap to at least one stadium lap. Not just because of the ankles 😜

Start slowly ... There are great running programs for beginners. Staying tuned is the most important thing.
