Here is the 2nd part of today's tour:
Shortly after half past ten I drove off to meet Rob Hefner in Coburg. The plan was to go to Mürsbach and stop off at the Sonnenäu!
On the way we wanted to "take" the Maximiliansweg and the Carlspfad on the Banzberg!
So far so good! The fusion of bikers took place on…
Today I built a dangling over the Banzer forest to drive into the Itzgrund, not bad, quite attractive with the bike .. after Gleussen it goes well downhill! And a well-deserved stop!
We were all pretty ridiculed by the meterologists with their weather frogs at home. But I would probably have ended up in the Binkert anyway, with or without rain 😉🍻. I recently drove there too, what did the nice man with his oil-burning machine want from you?
Sonja, the round was so strenuous, but very attractive, especially with the two beautiful natural paths! :-)
Frank, that's right, not a drop came down and shortly before we reached Mürsbach the weather radar predicted heavy rain and heavy thunderstorms ... :-)
The guy with the car was brutally aggressive…
... what the inhalation of car exhaust can do. Maybe the "Mr. Bike" is long here with a couple of tourists, and one of them was knocked down the slope that he called his lawyer right away.
Speculation....
Cool round with perfect goals 👍
I drove the Carlspfad in mid-May and never saw a prohibition sign. The only MTB prohibition sign that I saw was on the "Banztrail".
But there was something on the Banztrail about an “administrative offense”, that would be 20 euros and not a “four-digit amount” as the temporary cop meant.
Have you ever thought about driving the entire Rennsteig? You definitely won't have any problems with idiots 😉
Frank and Markus, I / we respect prohibitions and interests of others, but the guy was just crazy. I would be interested in what stories he tells about the 2 bullies MTBler, which he saw standing in the forest ... The bad thing is, that people like that make up their minds ....
Yvonne, I've already ridden…
Great description of the tour. You were lucky with the weather 🌩. With us it poured out of buckets ... you deserve beer 🍺 and tarte flambée 🤗
And yes, there are such confused drivers, as well as dog owners who don't have their loved ones under control and get upset when you ring the bell 200 meters before ...
That's right Kerstin, we've all probably already had the experience ... :-))
I have 800 customers a day in my shop, I don't ask what kind of disturbed people come in, you have a great solution to call the police 👮♀️ directly yourself, there was no prohibition sign, I would have seen that, you have to get in yes find first
