Nice thing: regarding your knee pain. Have you ever checked the position of your feet on the plates? You may be in the wrong position🤔. Knee pain is not usually the result of cycling. To me it really looks like the plate is in the wrong position.

So if I had knee pain, I would take a break. Years ago I got small heel spurs when I ran too much. Doesn't bother me yet, but it means I have to stretch more and irritate my Achilles heel very quickly. Totally unnecessary. A break would have made sense.
