Walked from the old Kamperlings station to the Kempen station. From there to the castle, along the ring, to the mill. Then home again. Fiete was satisfied.

I am always amazed at how many train lines and small train lines there used to be ... unbelievable that such systems can disappear with all the operating facilities. An interesting piece of history!

Oh, that's nice ... I only know the old railways here from my parents' stories, for example the Mödrath-Liblar-Brühler Eisenbahn. But I started tracking them as a bike tour last winter. Always exciting, even if sometimes through botany 😉
