The Malerweg is said to be one of the most beautiful hiking trails in Germany and the routes we hiked it were really impressive. 😍

It was my first time in Saxon Switzerland, but definitely not the last time ... a paradise for hikers. 👍

I've been back since today ... and unfortunately I couldn't hike all of my dream destinations, including the Schrammsteine, due to bad weather. 🌧😞

So I definitely have to go there again. 😀

It's definitely a very impressive trail. I ran it completely last year and can only recommend it. Only the last stage does not contain so many great views - but it also has something to offer. I will definitely go again specifically to the core zone in order to gather more impressions there.
