Thank you for your nice comments. Dear Barbara, without the extension, the Berneck castle ruins would not have been visible. I couldn't find out what the big pan is for either. In the tower there is a tower room that has been furnished and used by an association. Maybe the pan is related to it.

What a wonderful tour. I already had the mouse on "Save". If only it wasn't that far. :-(
