Scheduled almost a year ago, the tour was still intended to be a get-out-of-the-way tour from a corona point of view. Since I didn't know this corner of the Palatinate Forest yet and the mixed weather there was predicted to be somewhat dry today, I broadened the tour a bit.

Man, you've made a huge round of that. I've already started all of this, but in three tours 😂. I was on the Horterkopfschanze this week (for the second time) and again I didn't see the Ritterstein 😕. Obviously I was blind both times. But nice to see him on the tour with you now 😀

Hello Natalie, we only found the stone with a bit of searching. Unfortunately, the path drawn is also quite overgrown. The "wall" of the ski jump can still be seen quite well - the corresponding boulder lies within the wall - roughly at the point where the symbol is drawn in the Openmaps base map.

Then I know, I think where. I probably walked past it and looked further to the right 🙈. At some point I'll try again 😉
