After exactly 3 months of compulsory break, today I try again to hike - albeit a small one - to company. This led me to Haslach's local mountain. Now let's see what the foot says about it!
Good luck 🍀
Railway workers have at least as much free time as pensioners 😆 and their brides

Hope for you that your foot doesn’t twitch ...
Nice to read ... hope
ma times that you are free of pain tomorrow 😉👍🏻 Greetings Patrick
Jo Südschwede we can get through there, we talk every day with our little legs down there. :-))
Hey Südschwede ......... I am pleased to see that you are walking again 🥾 💪 I hope the foot has done everything well and we are now seeing more of your hiking tours again 🍀😉
Hello Eric, one day later it's still okay. No pain. I'll be going on tour again soon - of course, no great tours yet, but slowly increasing. But doesn't want to break anything over the knee. You will see what I do. To be honest, I feel like a goalkeeper on penalties, just don't make a mistake.
I know that ... Goalkeeper is a good comparison. 👍🏻😉 In other words ... from relieving posture back to normal 😉
Hey southern Sweden, I'm glad that your first hiking excursion - albeit a short one - went well. Increase slowly - adapted to the AS - and always cool down with ice after hiking and stretching, even if it doesn't hurt. I speak from AS experience 😌
