@Ralf, I've been looking forward to the sabbatical since 2019. With a lot of anxiety about Corona in between, I am in good spirits that it will work! 😁 It's a shame that your buddy won't start next year.

Well, the sabbatical had to be approved first.

Mine ends in two weeks, unfortunately.

I wanted to hike the Tokai Nature Trail in Japan ... Hmm, Corona got in the way and so I hiked or cycled through Spain, Portugal, Lichtenstein, Germany, Sweden and currently Austria.

I also started training for the AZT this week. I still have the Teufelsberg on my screen. When does the race for permits start? Was that this week or next week? Good luck 🍀 with this!

@Dennis: It won't start until November 9th, so I'll have to hold out for a while. If you like and it works, we can also storm the mountains together after work. ;)

The radar station is pretty overgrown. You really have something great in front of you. Hope it works out in the states next year. It's definitely not a walk in the park to hike along the trail with your bag and bag in wind and weather.
