Today the tour first went to Torfhaus. The S0 trail on the Abbe-Graben was a bit blocked and rooted in places, but it worked.
From the Eckersprung on I was accompanied by various roaring deer on the way back. Sometimes it sounded so close, as if the deer was standing right next to me
Nevertheless - chunks…
With the paths blocked with rocks, I look a little more friendly at our bike paths with their broken roots.
Almost 1,000 meters in altitude are already tough. The descents could be a pleasure - if they are not screwed up.
A challenging tour with interesting pictures.
⛰️👍😊
... got a little later again? 😉
Great tour with beautiful pictures🚴♂️ 👍
Thank you Manfred. On the Brockenstraße down to Schierke and further through the Elenstal to Elend you can just let your bike run - pure enjoyment! When descending on the armor plates, you should always be careful, as the plates are often offset from one another and therefore have a difference in height.
Sirius, I was on the Brocken around 6.15 p.m., that's not late😉 But you're right, I should leave earlier in the dark season😁
We also heard the deer at 10 this morning ...
That's strange. I always thought that the deer only roared in the evening at dusk or in the dark. At least that was the case in Hamburg's Duvenstedter Brook.
You made nice rounds and great photos.
Thank you Neele😄
