Yes you can drive in PWN from 07:00 to 10:30 after that you can only walk there.

Next Thursday I will drive to Hellenthal and explore the area there, with crossduathlon Schleiden on Saturday 🏃‍♀️🚵‍♀️🏃‍♀️👍

There is a gravel ride v LTD I will also ride but with mtb.

No, unfortunately not, but I like to ride a bike, and especially in Germany there it is just nicer bigger and you can cycle everywhere as long as you take each other into account.

You're right. Incidentally, I read somewhere last week that "people" are considering closing parts of the Veluwe (other than the Kroondomein). Then you can wait for them to start working with vignettes...😳

Fortunately I'm a bit closer to Germany, hence my day trips in that direction.
