The Husby Klitplantage lies between Thorsminde and Søndervig. Nature changes its character with almost every step you take in it. One moment you stand under fir trees, the next you look into the treetops in Denmark's westernmost beech forest. There is a lot to discover on an area of 1100 hectares.
The forest is perfect, unfortunately the different shades of green cannot be captured in the photo. Marens Maw is still on the agenda, if not this, then next time. 🙋🏻♂️

We were there in September, we noticed such a mossy forest floor that I have never seen in Germany.
