We do the tour every winter. Last year it was closed for a long time due to icing. We don't have Grödel yet and the glacier crampons are too heavy. But there is an almost continuous railing.

The All Saints Waterfalls are a worthwhile hiking destination at any time of the year. Since I'm lucky enough to live nearby, I keep going back there from time to time.
