The second part goes from Burg Metternich towards Briedern and back to Beilstein. The first part goes through the forest constantly. Today drove to Beilstein and took a walk in the area. The first part goes to Burg Metternich. The Burg is not much more, but the view is beautiful. You can enjoy a snack and drink with a great view of the Moselle. With a glass of wine and the sun it's just enjoying 😍

After a good meal we left again for a second walk from Alf. This time towards Burg Arras. Again climbing and descending through very beautiful forests. In a few weeks it should be beautiful here with the colors of autumn.

Today we take the ferry from Bullay to Alf. From there we start our first walk through a soldier cemetery, watchtower Prinzenkopf and Marienburg (a former monastery that now houses a center for youth education). Very nice walk through beautiful forests and scenic views .

Finally going abroad again with exploration of the Moselle region. Today we walked a bit of Moselsteig from Bullay, with beautiful views of the vineyards and villages.

Walking in the woods of Lichtaart was not a good idea. They call this a heath walk, but we didn't see much heath. A lot of forest, with countless mosquitoes. Time to stop for a photo was equivalent to an attack by dozens of mosquitoes 😖 You can see from the number of photos that we continued well…

Let the men convince me to take part in a second walk: the ladder walk. Very spicy, but also nice to bring such an adventurous course to a good end 😁. Unfortunately didn't have much time to take many pictures. I needed all my time to concentrate and to be able to follow 😛.
