Via Södermalm, past Gamla Stan, Djurgarden cpl. circled. It was sunny, but the strong wind, especially on the water, made the whole thing a bit uncomfortable. The sun had lured me out, and who knows how long it will stay that way.

Today in the best weather in the city to orientate myself for the next few days. Past the Stadshuset, the royal castle, to the islands of Skepsholmen and Kastelholmen. On to Djurgarden with the Nordiska and the ABBA Museum. A little snack through King Gustaf's gardens. On the way back past Gamla Stan to Södermalm. Here again the view of Stadshuset and Riddarholmen. There is still a lot to explore in the city area

Today we circle around Vintervicken, a small bay of the Malaeren See. And suddenly you are in a historical place, in 1865 Alfred Nobel began his experiments to develop dynamite here. Some of the tunnel entrances can still be seen. The weather has improved significantly😊

In autumnal, but much cooler Stockholm, shot the first little round. We came to look after grandchildren. What struck me straight away is that the leisure paths are all in good condition, as are the boardwalk bridges by the water. If the sky turns blue and our suitcases finally arrive, then it will definitely be a good time.

From Rottenburg the tour leads via Weiler, Hemmendorf and Starzach to Börstingen and from there back through the upper Neckar valley. There are a total of 9 castles and palaces along the way, including the striking Weitenburg Castle. In addition, the tour runs through the wild and romantic Rommel Valley, which is ideal for a long snack on the edge of the stream. A tour with plenty of vertical meters, mainly off the beaten track. The open observation tower of the hamlet of Burg was the highlight for me today

The tour, partly taken over by Black Beauty, was very rough a few times. In the end I understood that Komoot had predicted a difficult tour for me. There were always crisp climbs. But the grandiose Alb landscape and the former military training area, with the weather today, a dream. And never seen so many flocks of sheep as today. According to Schäfer, each herd has between 800 and 1000 animals

The first eye-catcher, Mayor Palmer personally advertised the new Tübingen transport concept on the Neckar Bridge, which will be voted on on Sunday. Very busy in Tübingen, so quickly continue along the Neckar. The high summer temperatures on the Neckar were then very pleasant in the Rommelstal. Across the Gäu into the Ammertal and back to Tübingen. For an ice cream you had to queue for 10 minutes, the city was so full.

I took over the Weseler route from Koga-Willi. Gravel extraction in all places. Many areas of water are camouflaged by green strips, the dimensions can actually only be seen on the map. For me, the subject of gravel mining quickly became a reality, because when I took a photo, I was immediately asked for or against gravel mining. I came out as a Baden-Württemberg resident and got rid of the questioner. Nice tour, but unfortunately the much-praised Café Landluft was closed today.

Today mainly in the country of the Fietsers NL 😊. After dark clouds came up again in Millingen an de Rijn, I discarded the tour to Anrnheim saved by Koga Willi. Then I started through the NSG Millinger Waard, with wild horses and a special water crossing. The weather developed positively, after the junction system along the Waal to Nijmegen and back on the other bank. The view on the dike was always special. Sometimes polder, sometimes NSG, sometimes wild horses or old war positions. At the end of the day 2 ferry trips, you don't have to go every day. All's well that ends well, seen a lot of water, but none from above.
