On the 🌞day we went to Schmiedeberg with Luise today to support our baker and racing bike champion Konrad. Because as a good friend of mine always says 🙃 -> #supportyourlocal ☝️. Because in this difficult time it is important to also think about the little ones and not just buy your bread and cakes from the big ones of the biggest in order to make them even bigger 😐. Luise has only been on the Renner🥕 (Crosser) since the middle of this year 🤗 and so today we had a relaxed trip to Schmiedeberg to show her something. The weather was announced for today ☁️, but maybe also with a little 🌞.
      .
With a meeting at 12:30 p.m. near the TU Dresden, we first went up to the Bismarck Tower. Because I discovered this on our penultimate tour (or something like that) while driving past and set it as our first highlight. Of course, there was a 📷 of memorial, but I completely forgot 📷 going down towards the city. Well, it doesn't matter ... the view wasn't that bright anyway 😔. We drove towards Freital and missed the junction between Boderitz and Kleinnaundorf in conversation 😕. Well ... then stop on the country road, but I would have liked to drive the way because this would have been new territory for me. In Freital 🔩 we climb up the serpentine to Somsdorf, which I have never driven personally and which can now only ❤️ lay 😉 on everyone.
      .
It went on to the dam Malter -> Dippoldiswalde and then along the main road for a few kilometers. A much nicer and traffic-calmed alternative would have been via Reichstädt -> Sadisdorf, but at the expense of length and a good altitude difference. But since it should be relaxed, I thought to myself, grit your teeth and go through 😬. Shortly before Schmiedeberg, a very fine drizzle set in 🌧, but hey, we're not made of sugar ☝️. Actually, I wanted to sit outside with a beautiful 🌞scheme and 🎂 enjoy it 😢, but well, we have the 🌞 im for that. When we arrived in Schmiedeberg we logically took the cake counter under the 🧐 and enjoyed the delicacies 🍰🎂☕️. Thanks Konrad ... it tasted like always ☝️.
      .
We rushed off again and on the way up to Oberfrauendorf Konrad overtook me in the car, who was just on the way to his in-laws. Of course, there was a short chat about the upcoming goals, etc. 😜. Above Oberfrauendorf there was a wall of clouds at its finest 😳. Well, light 💡 on and off to Dresden. When we arrived in DD, we parted ways and I made a tiny 👌 extra🎀 loop to get the 💯 full.
      .
All in all, the round today was really nice and I thank Luise for the company and entertainment ... see you on the street.
With this in mind, I wish everyone a good start to the week and a happy holiday on Wednesday (for the people who live in Saxony and don't have to work) 👋.
LG, Sport Frei and chain on the right 🚴💨

After the extra🎀, is before the extra🎀.
Together with the Petz Racing 🐖 boys (petzracing.de) we went to the session final drive 2021 -> "Plempieride 5.0". But why actually Plempieride? 🤔 Holger from the Petz Racing Team is an important man in the team and, among other things, takes care of the fluid balance of all the sporty 🚀 on the 🎿, i.e. he is responsible for preparing the energy cocktails (plempe) for the boys. That's why the drivers lovingly christened it Plempie. A few years ago, Plempie thought of launching a graduation trip in November. No sooner said than done and so it was the 5th ride today (for us it was the 1st participation ☝️), with the Renn🥕 on course.
      .
The tour was actually scheduled for around 10 a.m., but was postponed to 1 p.m. due to the weather. Of course we let that bounce off us 🤠 and used the postponement for a little worm-up. This time I had the honor 😇 to plan the route and included the Marienmühle in the Seifersdorfer Tal as an intermediate destination to load our 🔋 at the snack bar there. So we gathered on the 4th, at 9 o'clock, at the Great Garden. On board was Daniel W., Daniel Z and new to the Hagen team, who has also been the proud owner of a Renn🥕 for a few days and is on his maiden voyage today,  may she ⛓️ always be with you ...
      .
We turned a little loop in the direction of Pirna and in Dohna I got the first shit storm from my colleagues on an approx. 20% paved ramp! What kind of way is that! That is not feasible ... 🤯 I saw the matter relaxed ... 🔩 myself up and said above, you see, everything is mobile 😜, because you don't always have to drive the same way -> my opinion 😝. But yes, I admit that if you've slipped away on the slightly wet ramp, then you've lost. It went on to Dittersbach -> Arnsdorf -> Radeberg in the Seifersdorf valley, which we achieved absolutely perfectly in time. At the Marienmühle we were all looked after ... ☕️ 🎂 🍲 🌭, because it was now 🔋 load. Getting there is really worth the effort, because the menu is really impressive ☝️.
      .
Around 12:10 p.m. we rolled off freshly strengthened to be at the meeting point at Ullersdorfer Platz in good time. Once there, a not inconsiderable number of members gradually gathered (the exact number remains secret due to the current corona situation, including the photos taken). The legend Thomas Hoffmeister traveled to the racing bike ride on his MTB and at the end of the tour sat on one ass cheek. Oh man ... 🎩 from, you are and will remain an absolute 🚀. Before the start of the 🐖tour, Hagen said goodbye to us, because Hagen still has a few obligations this afternoon and your 100 km are absolutely stable for the beginning 💪… keep it up. We rolled over a couple of nests in the direction of Bischofswerda, where the woman from Plempie provided us with homemade almonds🎂 -> Thanks for that, it was delicious 😘. In a nice loop we came back to our starting point. All in all, the lap was really great for men, but it was a bit exhausting to ensure mutual respect in the field, i.e. you had to drive very carefully here ☝️. On the 2nd part of the route, however, we had to find out that the front in the 2nd or 3rd row was better than the back.
      .
Daniel W. and I were 22 and 32 km respectively before the 200th mark and as the saying goes, after the Extra🎀 is before the Extra🎀. And so Daniel brought me home indirectly. Thank you master, without you I would not have found the way 😘.
      .
And so another very nice day came to an end. I would like to thank all participants for today's trip and organization of the tour. Sport free and chain on the right.
      .
PS .: The route we drove is a bit adventurous and yes, we drove some routes several times ... nobody could know 🤣

Hey people of the cultivated MTB sport,
As the 1st kick-off in the dark season (because last night was time change 🕒 ... for all those who don't know ☝️), today we went on the 🐴, with Daniel W. + Daniel Z. on a journey of discovery and pleasure in the Schönfeld highlands and Saxon Switzerland. The start was set a little early today at 8 a.m. at Körnerplatz, but hey ☝️, the time change means well for us. And so after a few meters we went up the Wachwitzgrund Trail, beautifully maintained. In terms of performance, we weren't able to do as much today as we had to realize, so we took it easy and romantic. In addition, the strong wind 🌬 pulled us again and again today, because this is definitely not a children's birthday party.
      .
On the old railway embankment we went to Porschendorf where we plunged into the Wesenitztal. As is almost always the case at the weekend, the valley was well attended, but luckily the hikers made room for us 💖. At the Lauterbach reservoir we made a short pit stop and everyone ate what came under their noses ... 🍌🍎. We continued cranking and after a while came to the Polenztalweg. On this path my 🐴 and I reached our limits, because the path was very heavily littered with stones and leaves, which put me to the test. Well, luckily the trail finally came to an end after about 5 km and we cranked on to the Kälbersteig trail. Heard this is Frank's favorite trail?!? ... greetings go out ✌️ ... you can drive. Unfortunately, I had lost my already loose GPS mount on the trail 😕, but luckily I was able to find the mount again quickly. Unfortunately, the screw is now missing, but well ... there will be an alternative screw.
      .
When we arrived at the bottom of the Polenztal, we screwed our way up an unashamedly steep ramp (Zeschnig Trail) one last time before we went to the Hocksteinschänke. Once there, we each ordered something delicious to eat 🍗 🧆 ☕️ and just enjoyed the 🌞. Shortly afterwards a young lady with a child came to our table, said hello to us and sat down…. uhhh hello… Johanna… uhhhh… you here? Daniel W. der Knusperkopp hadn't told us anything that this had been agreed, but hey strong that you were there 🙃 and that also with the kids directly from Ullersdorf ... 💪. After refreshment, we rolled towards Rathewalde where our paths parted shortly afterwards ... 👋. The 3 of us rolled down the Wehlener Grund and then went back up to Zaschendorf in Copitz. We rolled on towards Meixmühle and then down Friedrichsgrund. Unfortunately, the Friedrichsgrund was full of fallen trees, so that you had to descend every few hundred meters ... 😬. Well no matter …
      .
Shortly afterwards we reached our starting point again and I parted with the two Daniels. Instead of the Elberadweg 🔩 I go up the Schillerstraße again, because the Elberadweg was completely flooded with people. In the middle of the Schillerstraße it occurred to me that I should drive up the Plattleite (according to Wolfgang Berger). I missed the lower part of the ramp, but at least faced the upper ramp. I have no idea what percentage that was up there, but I made it, even if my 🐴 kept scratching for support in the front. The next time I will drive the mountain from the very bottom (can you actually do that?), But I shouldn't do it on a Sunday when everything is full of hikers.
      .
Once at the top, I 🥒t 🥒 through the heather a bit, because I still had to do a little leg training 2.0 and a couple of ramps were just right for me 🤗. I discovered loads of cars near the Heidemühle and asked myself, what are they all doing here? Up at the Hofewiese it was clear to me what they were doing here ... they were celebrating this weird, new-fangled Halloween ... 😐. And here everything is full of people that you could hardly step on ... quickly away 🚴💨 ... not that I still have to fill out a 3G certificate at the end, just because I rolled through there too slowly. In another 🥒 I came home at some point. Thank you guys for the tour, it was great as always and thank you Johanna for the surprise visit. PS .: I hope you and your little king made it home safely.
Sport free and chain right 🚴💨

      Hello sports friends,
for a change, we went to the Vogtland again today with the cycling and hiking expert Ingolf ☝️ ... but this time the journey there was made with technical aids 🚈. And so it went at 7:51 a.m. at the DD-Hbf to Glauchau. Once there, the first meter was more or less tough ... because I had completely different things in my head 🤔 ... not what I will eat tonight, not how the day will be like this, not how the working week was like, not what do the other Knusperköppe today (but men, in my heart I was with you 😘) ... but where the nearest baker is here, please ... 😬. We passed 2 village bakers on the way to Meerane, but both of them had Saturday to ... 😢. Fortunately, we found what we were looking for in Meerane and the foundation stone for today was laid ☕️🍰. Because nothing is more important than breakfast, after breakfast!
      .
We rolled further south and passed 2 small village bakers over the next 5 km ... 😓 ... what a shame, I would have preferred to support them than such a large chain in Simmel. Anyway, next time I should ask my crystal ball again before going on tour. We cranked on and on and after about 54 km arrived at the Göltzschtal bridge. At 78 m high and 574 m long, the 🌉 is the largest brick bridge in the world. Construction began in 1846 and opened in 1851. The viaduct with a total of 98 arches is a landmark of the Vogtland and spans the Göltzsch valley on two tracks on the Leipzig – Hof railway line between Reichenbach im Vogtland (district of Mylau) and Netzschkau.
      .
After a first 📸stop, it was clear that the location was designed for tourism and therefore a snack was not far away = recharge batteries ... 😜. Then we cranked further up the Kuhberg (🐄⛰️ 511 m) where there was a lot to see up and down on the tower. The next checkpoint was the Pöhl dam, which serves as flood protection. And as the last highlight we had the Elstertalbrücke in the 🔭. The way there was anything but a children's birthday party 🥳. And here Ingolf came to bear his 2nd part in the description ("bike-hiking-expert") again fully. When we arrived there, after a short 'march' we marveled at the 68 m high and 279 m long 🌉. The 🌉 was built in 1846 and completed in 1851 and now serves as the Leipzig Hof railway line. After this last impression, however, we went on to Plauen for the 🚈.
      .
We filled the day with great impressions and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ingolf for planning and organizing this tour. With that in mind, I love you all, Sport Free and Chain Right.

Hey Ho dear activists! After yesterday's Kraxel tour in Saxon Switzerland, we wanted to take it easy today (regeneration drive ☝️) and of course we immediately thought of the Pfützner bakery in Schmiedeberg, where you can 🔋🔌can ... 😇. As always, Daniel W. had planned the route with loving care, but we had to find out that we are slowly starting to find it difficult to plan tours in the Dresden area where we haven't been long enough ... 😐. But luckily we still had hotspots like "Augustusberg" ... "Retention basin white Müglitz" ... "Lauenstein Castle" etc. from which 🎩 was able to conjure up. In addition, today you just had to take advantage of the golden autumn weather 🍂 🍁 🌞. But one by one ... 😜.
      .
Around 9:30 a.m. gathered in the Great Garden: Max, Daniel W., Daniel Z. & me. From there we first went over to Pirna in a 4’s bobsleigh, with Max as “in full headwind”. Once there, we went to the Gottleuba valley, where we then went up to the Augustusberg (507 m) in Bad Gottleuba 🔩. There is a hotel up there and you have a view of the dam of the dam. We continued in the direction of the Lauenstein flood retention basin and from there to Lauenstein Castle 🏰 (Lauenstein Castle emerged from a castle in the Lauenstein district of Altenberg in the district of Saxon Switzerland-Eastern Ore Mountains in Saxony, which was built in the middle of the 16th century. Century and expanded to a castle. Today the building is used by the Osterzgebirgsmuseum Schloss Lauenstein.).
      .
We continued our journey and passed an unknown racing cyclist in Geising. Above the serpentines, the cyclist greeted me with: “Hey Albi”… 😳 uh, yeah, moin. That was who Shortly afterwards we started talking and it turned out that it was Baron Samedi from komoot (komoot.de/user/423723046220). We asked him to roll a bit with us, he agreed and so it went to 5. Direction Schmiedeberg. When we arrived in Schmiedeberg, the master baker Konrad was already waiting for us (unfortunately our 5th passenger did not come with us) and received us ... ☕️ 🍰 🍲 🔥🍰. Thank you master was delicious and always happy ... 🤗.
      .
Max says goodbye to us at this point, because he still had appointments and was therefore going directly to DD. On the other hand, we 🥒ten via Dipps… Rabenau… Freital back to DD, where our paths parted shortly afterwards. I still wanted to crank a little bit and turned a little extra🎀 about Borsberg -> Dürröhrsdorf -> Radeberg -> DD. 😜
      .
The tour today was once again epic and I had a lot of fun with you guys. Thanks Konrad for the great hospitality! With this in mind, sport free and chain right 🚴💨

Hey sports friends, today we went on a hiking tour in Saxon Switzerland for a change 👌. Also on board were: Steffen, Daniel W. & Johanna. Start and finish was the well-known Hocksteinschänke where we all met around 9 o'clock. It was surprising for Steffen and Johanna that I was also on board, because yes ... I wasn't sure about that until Friday evening 🤔. The reason for my hesitation was due to the fact that on Thursday morning I chewed my little toe so thickly 👣 that it was green and blue and sometimes I could hardly walk because of the pain 🤕. Fortunately, however, the matter had healed quite well on Friday evening and my hiking boots also took the strain off my toes 😇.
      .
Johanna had created the tour together with her dad (Frank W.) and wanted to show us the most beautiful corners around Rathewalde 🙏. We didn't really know what to expect, but in the end it turned out that it was quite a scramble. The sport of hiking is unfortunately no longer what we did today and that's why I chose mountain climbing 😜.
      .
There was a short confusion at kilometer 7.5, because after a short Pippi break Daniel was over all 7 mountains 🧐 and even after 5 minutes of waiting and looking nothing changed. 📱Receiving almost 0. Fortunately, we were able to at least send each other out our location with half a bar of reception and then found each other again a short time later. As it turned out, we went on the tap and Daniel is long on the brooch ground. Somehow Daniel and Johanna had 2 different card versions 🤔. No idea which one was correct 🤷, only Frank can tell us ☝️.
      .
The highlight of the tour was the Rahm-Hanke, which I ran about 1 year ago, but in the other direction (komoot.de/tour/288091083). If someone should ever go this way, I recommend going really long up at the one narrow point ... in my eyes it is much more relaxed than long down ... (see photo 28) ... 😜.
      .
All in all, it was a really nice tour and I would like to thank the planners and guides for this tour 💪. Today, as always, we had a lot of fun and at times broke away with laughter. In this sense ... Sport Frei ✌️
      .
PS .: Steffen was so nice again and put together a video for us ... 😘

Stoneman MTB - original route - 2nd day

New day, new luck 🥳 ... or what is that called? Today we went again, with the same line-up as yesterday, at around 7:45 a.m., relaxed on the 🎿. Compared to yesterday, it was slightly colder this morning with a stable -1 ° C than yesterday ❄. But hey, we are well equipped in terms of clothing ... ☝. And so it went after breakfast, first from the frozen valley in knight green up into the mountains. But wait, how is my stomach doing? After I was finally able to go all out again last night, the night was rather moderate and breakfast was a tragedy. Well, let's see where that leads ... 😐

      .
The 1st checkpoint of today's tour was the 🐻🧱. But before we reached it after about 35 km, we made a pit stop at the Cranzahl dam. But there it went steeply uphill. As steep as we were technically and physically challenged, but hey, that's exactly why we're here 😝.

Then it went on towards Pöhlberg, but every further descent there was a nightmare for me. I was almost unable to hold on to my handlebars because I felt every tiny stone on the handlebars and my 👐 were no longer really responsive. Hardwork with my 80mm 🐴… 🤕, but I didn't want it any other way!
      .
At the foot of the Pöhlberg we gathered together and our bicycles for a short time and then went up to the old bobsleigh run. Daniel said that he would like to try to drive that board in one piece 🤯. But from my 1st Stoneman in 2020 (komoot.de/tour/235555334) I knew that this ramp is a very nice board and that I don't even have to try it with my current hardware 🐴. And so I went about this thing without a big goal in mind, but noticed after a short time that the first meter went very well. I saw the 1st fully rider dismount in front of me ... a short time later the 2nd, but I drove up there like a 🚀 and then, to my own amazement, bridged the most difficult section! 🔨 ... I would never have thought that possible! Shortly after me, Daniel also came up the mountain and he also delivered an absolutely strong performance on the mountain 💪. But see for yourself ...

      .
At the top we made a little pit stop in the mountain restaurant 🥞 🧇 ☕️ before we went to our last stamping station (the Scheibenberg). The driveway up there was again a challenge of the other kind 😬. Ramps, stones and lots of root carpets adorned the path 😜. But here, too, we all delivered a strong performance. Happy as crumbs, we reached our last checkpoint and stamped our 📱 here for the last time.

      .
We cross over to Markerbach, where we make our way up from the lower basin to the upper basin for the last time 🔩. From there it was mostly downhill towards Landhotel Rittersgrün. When we arrived at the hotel, we were able to freshen up our bikes and ourselves 💦, because Daniel had negotiated a small deal with the boss that we didn't have to check out early at 10am. Thanks to both sides, that was really mega 💪… 🙏.
      .
At last we took our stones (except for Daniel, because unfortunately the hotel only had 3 stones left 😢 [stone will come to you in the mail these days]). Thank you Daniel for sacrificing yourself for the team! All in all, the 2nd day was also mega cool. At first the temperatures were good 🥶, but during the course of the day the thermometer shot to record values of approx. 12 degrees, which was actually not announced at all ☝️. I had a lot of fun with you in the cast and I'm looking forward to more adventures. Sport free and chain right 🚴💨
      .
PS .: Thanks to you, Steffen, for the video cut, dear!

      1st and only Stoneman in🥈 @ 2021 - Day 1 ...
It was planned quite differently this year. But unfortunately I had to cancel a lot of events due to an injury ... 😪, but as the saying goes ... what doesn't kill you just makes you tougher ... 🥳. And since, compared to other people who are already driving the 10th Stoneman this year, I have not yet driven (or only the C-Edition in August 2020: komoot.de/tour/234720780), I wanted to secure at least 1 stone so that I could have a say. And so it went today in great company, with golden autumn weather on the 🎿, which among other things can of course all be regarded as further training 🥳.
      .
With the rascals Daniel W., Steffen & Torsten on silver course in the Ore Mountains, on the original route 👆, over mountains and valleys. Instead of driving the first half to any hotel with bags and packs, we let it go bagless and planned a pickle so that we got back to our starting point 😇. If you're wondering why, I can only tell you because we can 😜.
      .
But before I started, I had completely different problems. On Thursday I had apparently got something between my teeth that my stomach could not tolerate at all 🤕. The night from Thursday to Friday was a disaster ... and Friday too. I struggled hard with myself whether I should even tackle the matter 🤔, but I was in a positive mood that the upset stomach will only last for a short time. And so I took on the challenge 💪 ... because passing again was not an option.
      .
And so it was on Friday afternoon with the 🚗 first to the Landhotel Rittersgrün, because in the hotel Daniel is already known as a colorful 🐩. After the check-in ... a nice supper ... nice bed rest ... and a great breakfast (even if my hunger was restrained throughout) it went to the 🎿 shortly after 7:30 a.m. relaxed, at a stable 2 ° C .
      .
The first challenge was in Rabenberg, where I put my 80mm 🐴 on the first trail descent with S1 to S2 character ... 🤯. With almost deaf 👐 I somehow got down there, but don't ask for 🌞. Forest work blocked the road below the trails, but with a little bit of carrying we had mastered that too 😇.
      .
After it gave me a good shake on the mogul slope down there, I heard a pinch and twinge in the stomach and intestinal area. This got worse and worse and finally cost me a lot of air and strength ... 🥵 ... because every step and every bump was always nice in this wound. After a few kilometers through the enchanting Schwarzwassertal, we reached the Blatensky to strengthen ourselves with a 🍻. From there it went on to the Plesivec, where Daniel gave me the tip to visit the location in the mountain hut. After that it was a little better at first.

The next way down from Plesivec was of course a finest S1 trail down, to then cross over towards Keilberg and take the 10 km long driveway under the wheels. Once there, there was pure downhill feeling. One fully on the other ... each full of protectors ... full visor helmets 👷♂️ ... we in the middle ... and me with my 80mm 🐴 as a highlight before the trail. When I then chose the red route down, the other fully riders looked at me like the first person ... 🤪.

Nobody has overtaken me downstairs ... i.e. it seems like I've done that before 😜? I was definitely the first person on earth who shot down there with a cross trekking bike 🙈 ... even if I felt like Jim Knopf on the train on the way down ... well. After a little refreshment 🍵🥞☕️ in Bozi Dar, we went up towards Fichtelberg, which was the last checkpoint for us today ... to then dive into the endless descent towards Rittersgrün. Unfortunately Torsten had a flat tire about 1km before the finish line, but hey, land is in sight ☝

All in all, a really great tour for the first day ... 🌞 fed up ... lots of fun ... and lots of great impressions. Thank you guys for letting me be there! Sport free and chain right 🚴💨

PS .: Finally, a video from us, what Steffen cut us together on the fly ... 🙏. Have fun with it and sound off ...
