Despite the bad weather forecast we set off and what can I say, the weather was very good. Great route on the water of the Rur, past the dam and back to Heimbach.

Great Rheinsteig tour from Leutesdorf. Very nice view of the Rhine with the highlight of the vineyard swing.

Super nice hike through the forest of the Siebengebirge to Himmerich, where we were rewarded with a great view. We went on to the Leyberg where an even more beautiful view was waiting for us. Then we went back past the Eye of God to the parking lot.
