This Saturday I was on the hero tour, the newest of the lion trails. It started at the parking lot at the old train station in Nenningen. The Nenninger Pieta, which is well worth seeing, is in the immediate vicinity.
Leaving the village, the path now circles the eponymous Heldenberg in a moderate ascent to the saddle at the Reiterles chapel.
This is followed by a nice, albeit quite steep, climb up to the Kalte Feld to the Franz-Keller-Haus. Here is a first early break.
On beautiful paths over to Galgenberg and down to Degenfeld with its ski jump that can be seen from afar. On the other side of the village, it goes back up over the pavement. This section with the subsequent crossing of the plateau on wide paths is a bit drawn out.
The descent is interesting again and you can catch a glimpse of the somewhat hidden ensemble of baroque church and castle in Weißenstein. A second short rest on a sunny observation bench on the slope with a view of the castle.
Immediately behind the castle, the third and final ascent continues in a zigzag. This brings you back to a beautiful path along the edge of the slope and finally back over to Nenningen.
Finally, a stop at the Landgasthof Heldenberg.Paths with a lot of paths and varied except for the section mentioned.
Easy to walk with a little surefootedness and the necessary fitness, the descent to Weißenstein can be a bit slippery for a while.Weather great late summer day in autumn. Bright blue sky at just over 20 ° C, very pleasant.

Our round on Saturday on the classic Breitenstein - Burg Teck, meanwhile also designated as a premium trail.Start in Bissingen, then straight into the steep ascent to the Breitenstein with a great view.
Then varied, mostly on paths along the wooded Albtrauf, over the Rauber ruins and Gelben Fels, and finally over to Teck Castle, where we took a short break with cake.
Then the short descent over the Hörnle back down to Bissingen.Very nice to walk, bring some stamina for the ascent and rudimentary surefootedness on paths. The weather was super pleasant again. A sunny late summer day at just over 20 ° C.

My Sunday round on the Hausacher Bergsteig in the Kinzig valley.Just follow the signs from the small parking lot at the edge of the forest. Since there is also an adventure trail for children along with playgrounds, the parking lot can fill up quickly.
Highlights on the tour: Husen Castle, several natural fridges in the courtyards and viewpoints, as well as the chapel on the Kreuzberg at the end.Paths mostly beautiful paths. Easy to walk with a bit of stamina, sometimes quite steep.Weather great again. 25 ° C, blue sky.A nice, entertaining tour with many different impressions and views.

Our round on the Bärensteig through the Palatinate Forest.Start at the parking lot at the Bärenbach cemetery and just follow the bear symbol.
A beautiful view from the pulpit on the Jüngstberg, typical Palatinate refreshments in the Drachenfelshütte and the interesting ruins of the rock castle on the Drachenfels itself.
In addition, there is currently a lot of blooming heather on the sunny-sandy slopes. The path is continuously marked with a separate symbol and is always easy to find.
Nice part of the path, so a little surefootedness is helpful. Do not overestimate the place with the rope. Certainly helps a bit in the wet, but is primarily for fun.Weather great, a sunny late summer day with a cloudless 25 ° C.

Our final round through the contemplative and beautiful Naviser Almwelt with many refreshment stops. At the beginning a piece of road (can be shortened if you choose the "Schranzberg" car park located a little further up) and a longer piece of wide gravel road. In the middle part and partly on the way back there are great paths.
Easy to walk with a little surefootedness. No special requirements. The weather is great in summer.
Sunday then the return trip. How quickly two weeks go by

Ascent to the Pfarrach natural site and on over the Nederjoch.Started at the small hikers' car park at the upper end of Telfes, it quickly went to the steep Hirtensteig, which leads up to the Pfarrachalm.
Since it was still quite early and also cool, we went straight on to the natural scene a little higher up with a porch swing and a beautiful view.
From there, continue to cross the Nederjoch including a summit cross and a great view of the Stubai Valley, south to the Brenner and the Inn Valley via Innsbruck.
Then a short ridge hike to the Jochkreuz a little further down and then a more moderate descent through pines and alpine meadows.
The final cross connection back to the parking lot is mostly on a wider, easy-to-walk forest path.Afterwards we were allowed to pick up two T-shirts from the tourist information office in Fulpmes to visit five natural sites :)Demanding hike that requires a good level of fitness and a good measure of surefootedness.
The steep ascent to the Pfarrachalm gets you going right at the beginning.
Most of the time, this can be done without any problems under the basic conditions mentioned.
The only thing I can't recommend is the short descent from the Nederjoch down to the crossroads. The subsoil is mostly very loose and often steeply washed out, so that you have to be careful, especially since there is also a bit of a downhill section next to the path.
The rest of the descent and way back is very nice and easy to do.The weather below is warm in summer. The clouds persisted on the mountain slopes, so that the Nederjoch was only clear of clouds shortly before our arrival. Accordingly, mostly shady and cooler at the top.
All in all, good hiking weather on a beautiful, varied circuit.

Round trip from the valley station of the Kreuzjochbahn to the Gschmitz natural site without using the train.First of all, just leaving the large Fulpmes car park. Then a steep ascent and on to the idyllic natural scene of Gschmitz with a swing and benches with great views.
On the way back, stop at the nearby Gasthof Vergör.
Then on the tree house path, which is great for children, over to the middle station of the train. There are other places to stop at the Bruggeralm and Fronebenalm.
We left the possibility of going back by train unused and went down on a well-laid out walk back to the parking lot.Paths with a beautiful part of the path, easy to walk with a little fitness for the ascent. The hike can be easily adapted and simplified again with the inclusion of the train (middle station).Swings with a view, what more could you want :)

After a two-day break in the rain and still persistent fog in the cool air today, we set off in the afternoon for a leisurely round through the nearby Telfer Wiese. No special requirements. Short section of the path on the other side of the stream, which perhaps shouldn't be done with the most unremarkable shoes. Otherwise wide. You shouldn't go to the flourish in the very south of the circuit, after the Kirchbrücke restaurant. On the one hand the country road is very busy and has no sidewalk, on the other hand there is no connection at all to the path along the water from the road and we had to briefly through a bit of forest. Also feasible, but doesn't have to be. It is better to walk back a few meters from the restaurant and take the bridge there.
The route came from the official Stubai tourist site. I don't know what you're thinking.Except for the small blemish, however, it is a very scenic tour.

Hike to the Winnebachseehütte from the small mountain village of Gries in a side valley of the Ötztal.Paid parking lot at the end of the village. Otherwise in the sharp bend up to Berghof or with a little luck somewhere in town. e.g. like us at the church.
Then always follow the signs to the hut. Basically there are only branches up to the first mountains at the beginning.
Turning point at the hut and then descent like ascent. To do well with a little surefootedness and fitness. Except for the sometimes crisp ascent, no particular difficulties and no risk of falling. The GPS / cell phone / komoot probably had a few problems with the altitude. At the beginning something is wrong and at the top at the highest point there is actually no point downwards either. It should be just under 800hm.Weather again nice and warm in midsummer. Shortly before we were back, we got a harbinger of the weather change in the form of a rain shower. The wetness was fortunately limited. All in all, a short, crisp hike with again beautiful impressions from the mountains.

Great tour through the beautiful mountains from Lüsens to the Westfalenhaus.
Out on the summer path, back on the winter path. With a bit of surefootedness and fitness, this is easy to do. No particular difficulties.Weather great, pleasantly warm, almost all sun.
