Nicht mehr ganz jung, deshalb seit ca. 6 Jahren eBike-Fahrer. Seither mache ich auch immer mal wieder MTB-Touren.
It was actually supposed to be a bathing trip to the Ammersee. In Stegen the water was so shallow that you couldn't swim 300m from the shore. Since the return trip was also planned, I didn't want to go any further in the direction of Herrsching. In return, I caught up with swimming after a short detour in the Auenseeensee

And now I am writing the comment again for the second time. My complaints have still not been heard by the development team.
I wrote the comment once on the iPhone and it disappeared into nirvana. I wrote the current version on the PC and it worked.
Inspired by Lucody's tour today, after repairing my bike (finally the gear cassette came from Belgium), I headed south. The plan was to cross the Lech at the level of Prittriching at barrage 21, but due to a blockage during construction work I drove on to barrage 20 at the air base.
Then it went on Lucody's path across the pampas. The narrow Lechuferweg was technically still manageable for me, but with the undergrowth and long grasses I would have been grateful for long trousers and long shirt sleeves. So the risk of catching a tick was not entirely negligible. As far as I can tell so far, I've been lucky.
After the Lech stage 23, we went to the Auensee to swim and then to the beer garden in Friedberg. The Schillers is currently one of the best restaurants in Friedberg in terms of quality. So as a precaution I made a reservation from the Auensee and actually got the last free table.
Strengthened and satiated, it went home again.

Today last day in the Allgäu:
From the campsite on the Niedersonthofener See we first went to the west bank. First swim stop there, then continue towards Alpsee. Komoot chose a route for this that forced people to turn back, as a footpath with steps and pasture barriers that could not be negotiated by bicycle made it impossible to continue the journey.
So we continued to the lake without a route guidance.
Then it went on to the Sonthofenersee. There the next swim stop. Both lakes are now warm enough to swim and not just freshen up.
On the way back we passed a small petting zoo, which is really worth seeing.

The tour started again at the Inselcamping of the Niedersonthofener See and first went to the Rottachsee, this was circled and a first swimming stop was made. Then it went on to the Sulzberg castle ruins and the Sulzberger See. The next stop for a swim in already warm water was waiting here.
Then it went back via Waltenhofen.
With yesterday's weather it was a pleasure tour.

No, I don't write any more route descriptions. Tried to write one twice today, it never arrived. The bugs from Komoot annoy me now
Strange, this short text has been published.
In the meantime, I have to approve a tour several times before it is switched from the status private to public.

Cracked 14000 on today's tour. First we went south, on the way we discovered a fake stork on the Paar-Ufer. Then back along the Lech with a swim stop in the Auensee. Finally, a visit to a swan family at the Kuhsee.
The Auensee is still quite fresh, but we were alone in the water😃
