Start and finish: Bus stop Alt-Pichelsdorf (M49 or X34)
      (alternatively: S-Bahn-Spandau> S3 or S9)
Today is the last tour of the 20 main green routes in Berlin, the Bullengrabenweg.
Since the Bullengrabenweg with 6.85km is the shortest of the twenty Green Main Paths and the entrance is very difficult to reach by public transport, I looked for a way through the sewage fields to the starting point of the Bullengrabenweg. Which was a very good decision. I like to visit the Rieselfelder Karolinenhöfe, an oasis of calm without the risk of getting lost 😊. Via Potsdamer Chaussee we continued between fields on a dead straight hiking path, which was lined with bushes and smaller trees on the left and right. After I had passed this path, my way led across a meadow with wildflowers. It's just wonderful there.
Now we continued on Bullengrabenweg. I would say the Bullengrabenweg is rather unspectacular. The paths are all paved, which is ideal for cyclists and not the first choice for hikers. Left and right of the path it is very nice green, the landscapers certainly had a good reason why the trees were not planted in such a way that they can provide shade on the paths. For the cyclist I would like to recommend this path (Bullengrabenweg), the hiker is sure to find an alternative route.

Start and finish: Mendelssohn-Bartholdy-Park underground station (U7)I started today at the Mendelssohn-Bartholdy-Park underground station to hike the Tiergartenring.
The weather was great, the temperature was pleasant, there was a light to strong wind and clouds were also in the sky. This fact is always good for photography.
The route is ideal for visitors to Berlin, as there are really many tourist points that can be visited. So there were of course a lot of motifs that wanted to be in the picture.
The choice is then a little agony which photo should be included in the selection.
There is a lot of history to explore on the subject of "GDR" and "reunification". From a purely structural point of view, the city has grown together, without any reference to the history of the two German states, east and west can hardly be distinguished. How it looks in people's minds would be another topic. The paths are very easy to walk.
I liked the 19th Green Main Path very much and is therefore highly recommended.

      Start: U - Karl-Marx-Straße (U7)Destination: U - Kurt-Schumacher-Platz (U5 + U6, various bus connections)Today is the second part of the main green path No. 18 "Innerer Parkring".
It started on shady paths to the former Tempelhof Airport. As usual, cyclists, joggers and various other athletes were out and about. Since today is a working day, not many people were to be expected. Which was very pleasant.
I found the route very pleasant. Lots of shade and even nice lakes along the way. There were the Hubertussee, the Herthasee (only a little striped), the Königssee and, last but not least, the Halensee. Very nice hiking trails along the lakes, it was a pleasure. I would also like to mention the Lietzensee which is also very beautiful.
A very nice tour that I would like to recommend. It is definitely busier on the weekends, but today it was perfect.
The second part of the 18th GH "Innerer Parkring" is actually only 28km long, but since I walked to the bus to Kurt-Schumacher-Platz, the tour has been extended to 30 km.

I had actually planned to walk the 2nd part of the 18th main green path today, although the weather forecast did not suggest anything good (because temperatures were too high).
So Susann's invitation to go around the Seddinsee came in very handy. I was very happy to accept the invitation.
It started early today, at Seddin train station. After a short hike through Neu-Seddin, we went on beautiful and shady hiking trails through the forest to Lake Seddin. It was a wonderful route with many accesses to the lake. I especially liked the bright sunflower fields.
The hike is definitely highly recommended, really beautiful.
Thanks Susann for taking it with you.

We (with Susann) completed tour E038 of the “MitWandern 2021 event” today.
For reasons of logistics, we turned the tour around without further ado and walked from Wustermark to Hennigsdorf.
To get straight to the point, the tour was not very spectacular and not that easy.
The path first led us straight along the Havel Canal. Later we continued on very sunny, unprotected paths along the field. The sun gave its best and unfortunately the trees along the way didn't give any shade. A longer distance led us between two fields, which was torture in the midday heat.
As a reward, a few km later, on the Schönwalde estate, we treated ourselves to a nice ice cream and a cool drink.
We continued on beautiful paths through shady mixed forest. This was very good for the body and the mind.
The hike can be done well, but not in high summer temperatures. Spring or autumn would be a better choice. Many thanks to the organizers of this great season. Despite everything, it was a lot of fun.Tour from Susann: https: //komoot.de/tour/423715000

During the MitWandern 2021 weekend, Susan and myself walked from Dannenwalde to Fürstenberg.
It was very warm and the mosquitoes showed their full commitment again today.
The tour itself was fantastic. Great paths always through the forest. The deciduous trees provided shade and some coolness on this hot day.
At the end of the hike there was a little cool down in the form of a nice ice cream sundae.
      I can recommend the tour without hesitation.Tour by Susan: https: //komoot.de/tour/422388052? Utm_medium = email & utm_campaign = notification & utm_source = tourrecorded & utm_content = cta-button

Start: Bus M21 Aristide Briand BridgeDestination: U-Bahn Karl-Marx-Straße (U7)Today I set out to hike the 18th main green path - Innerer Parkring.
The start of the tour was a bit chaotic because I walked in the wrong direction at first. But then it started, through the Rehberge park. It was still early in the morning that I met very few people. We continued through gardens and small parks to the Schäfersee. A very beautiful lake with two fountains in the middle of the lake which this morning only showed their fountains with half their strength. Now we continued on footpaths, partly without trees, which made walking very exhausting in today's high temperatures. Continue past the Velodrome, where a vaccination center is currently set up. Here, too, I got lost again because I couldn't find the stairs to the street below Landsberger Allee straight away. But after some walking back and forth, I finally found it. Glad to have finally found the way, we continued through the Hausburg and Blankenstein parks. There were quite a few people out and about in Friedrichshain, just like we are used to from Friedrichshain in earlier times.
The next stop was the Spree with the Oberbaum Bridge, which I always like very much. My way led me on to Neukölln along the Landwehr Canal. I was slowly running out of breath. The heat contributed significantly to this, so I decided to take the train home at the Karl-Marx-Straße subway station and end the tour at this point.
My conclusion: a really nice tour. There is a lot to see what makes Berlin so special. So this tour is not boring either.I can recommend the first part of the 18th main green path - Innerer Parkring with a clear conscience.

A very nice hike around the Sacrower Weg with a detour to the Heilandskirche and the Sacrow Castle.
The paths are very easy to walk and the beautiful deciduous forest makes walking very pleasant at slightly higher temperatures.
I can only recommend this hike.

We started with Susan at Melchow train station.
We borrowed the tour from Daniela Müller. It was a nice forest tour, just as we like it. Many mosquitoes wandered with us and spider webs blocked our way. Unfortunately, we destroyed the small and large works of art 😏 because they were not always recognizable at first glance. We had the remains of the cobwebs in our hair and clothes.
At the beginning the path was a bit slow, but it didn't detract from the good mood. We could only get to the Samithsee in very few places, but where the mosquitoes eagerly defended their territory.
In the second half of the hike, Daniela Müller's tour took us across the forest. It was a bit exhausting, but it was a lot of fun.
My conclusion: a very nice tour also for friends of cross hiking 😃.
The paths led us on mostly shady forest paths, quite suitable for the warm season.
Thanks Daniela Müller for the nice tour. An extra thank you to Susan for the entertaining company.Tour by Susan: komoot.de/tour/401730043?ref=itd
