Almost the same route as last week, but this time on the way back at the entrance to the HOAG route on the Emscherweg bent. However, this proved to be a mistake, because after a few kilometers the route ends at a construction fence (OK, one would not have had to ignore the diversion sign for cyclists…

Very pleasant route from Dinslaken to the landscape park. Mostly car-free, except of course at a few road embankments and in a few places must be covered a few hundred meters along the road. But at least there are bike paths or cycling lanes here.
Definitely worth a recommendation.

The round we drove schonmal. In good weather absolutely recommendable and repeatable, especially the section between Götterswickerhamm and Ork (the place, not the fantasy being) with its impressive bird swarms puts you right in the holiday mood.

After doing a similar lap several times in the opposite direction, we tried it around today, this time with ... extra training weight on the rear axle, which also provides feedback when you stop. ;-)
Nevertheless, we had a little stop-and-go on the Hoag route to collect a few geocaches not found so far…

Quasi identical tour as on the day before, but today with massive pedestrian traffic on the dike (even a somewhat confused motorist - with a car!) We met on top of the dike ...

First little tour this year. Toward the power plant in Walsum, we moved behind the dike and then let it blow back on the way back up. Towards the end we still have an extensive playground stay inserted. In order to be able to follow the slang of the resident "village youth", however, known search engine had to be used. ;-)

Especially the section on the Rhine dike is highly recommended. Part of the cycle path leads through pastures on which (and on the bike path itself) various sheep are staying. In addition, we have met some, sometimes very large bird swarms.

Again used the good weather and made a family trip to Wesel. The highlight was, of course, the yaw ferry "cross driver" on the lip.
All in all, a good passable route, the piece between the ferry and Wesel is but partly borderline for city bikes.

Great tour today, with great weather! The last climb on the section between Zollverein and Ruhr, however, was not without, at least as a non-e-biker ;-)
Many thanks for the organization on GTLC60, Mosmas and also Nobser!
This year's bike tour among (eight) colleagues led us from Kempen first west to the Maas, then along the Maas in a northerly direction to Venlo and from there back to Kempen.
Striking sections on the way were u. a. the long Kleinbahntrasse between Kempen and Kaldenkirchen, the detour on a single trail…
