Mountain bike tour from Bördel to the Hohe Hagen. Mostly fixed routes. Beautiful viewpoints and rest benches or huts. Technically not demanding, but you should be in good physical condition.

Nice tour over the Weper. Almost exclusively on dirt roads and forest paths to Nörten-Hardenberg.
Arrived at the highest point in about 20 minutes - the Sohnreyhütte - there is a beautiful view. Then it's downhill via Hardegsen quarry, past the substation and off, or parallel to the road to Nörten-Hardenberg.

The start is at the Fredelsloh cemetery. Parking spaces are available there. The hike leads along the Weper. Partly unpaved beautiful forest paths through beech and pine trees. Past the glider airfield and through Nienhagen-Weper. Then towards Oldenrode and back to Fredelsloh. Graduation at the ice hut.
