Urwaldsteig -Edersee

Refreshing trip in the light rain. And really alone in nowhere. Could really do a few more buses.

The longest stretches are less of a hiking trail and can even be used with a walker. The southern part of the lake is not as interesting as the northern part. Everything is well signposted. You should definitely not do this tour on the weekend. Unfortunately, there are so many motorcycles on the road down by the Edersee - I felt as if I had run through a theater of war in sustained fire for 3 hours. The last piece and the most exhausting. On this route there are a lot of fallen trees over or under which you have to climb, a lot of mud.
