This partly self-cut route in the northeast area of Puntagorda was a real experience with only 14 degrees and sun with an incredible number of beautiful pictures, fragrant pine trees and spring flowers. In a few places, sure-footedness and a head for heights is an advantage, otherwise leisurely forest paths and single trails.

Pretty steep descent to the sea, especially the last piece was a bit questionable in strong winds. A prerequisite is sure-footedness and a head for heights. Easy hike in the northwest half of Puntagorda. With such great hiking weather (16 degrees and sunshine) it can only be beautiful. The second half is definitely more exciting.

Nice leisurely tour with sea views, beautiful houses and old pine trees. The small 300 hm climb is easy to cope with.

Anyone interested in hiking who visits La Palma should do this fairly simple tour to the Cascada de Colores. You can walk through the creek bed almost the whole time and experience impressive rock formations that the water has created over thousands of years.
