If you’re having a hard time deciding between your bike and climbing harness on your next trip, we have a solution. Because in this Collection, you don’t have to choose. We present three bike and climb Tours that combine mountain biking fun with exciting climbing routes.

Where Tyrol, Vorarlberg and Switzerland meet, you’re guaranteed fascinating mountain panoramas, rustic huts, fantastic trails and rocky landscapes. Get on your E-MTB and conquer the first ascent effortlessly, reaching the climbing spot with an electric tailwind. Equipped with your climbing equipment, you can then get up even higher! At least one hut awaits you on each Tour, where you can recharge your batteries – and your bike’s too.

The first Tour takes you from Wirl near Galtür via the Faulbrunn Alm to two via ferratas on the Ballunspitze – choose between the easier ‘Little Ballun’ or the Silvapark via ferrata. The second Tour takes you from Galtür through the picturesque Jamtal Valley up to the Jamtal Hut, which has been a meeting place for alpinists and climbers for more than 100 years. There, you can conquer the routes of the Hüttenblick and Jam Block climbing gardens. The destination of the third Tour, which starts in Ischgl, is the Heidelberger Hütte with its challenging climbing garden, Heidelberger Hüttenblock. Here, you’re on Swiss soil. You can also spend the night in the Jamtalhütte as well as in the Heidelberger Hütte and enjoy even more time in the mountains.

You’ll need to ensure you have the right equipment for the via ferratas and climbing routes. Budget your strength as the ascent at the start requires quite a lot of muscle power, even with an e-bike. Thanks to the railway station in Landeck, Paznaun is well-connected to the train network. From Landeck-Zams station, you can then take the bus to Ischgl or Galtür.
