After the matinee for the season finale of the Dortmund Philharmonic, we still wanted some fresh air. Hengsteysee was on the route, so why not?
The idea then had enough others and so we pushed ourselves around the lake with the crowd. In itself it is a small, cozy round, but rather something for Monday…

Today we went from Niederberge via Calle to the Klausenkapelle in Meschede. Past lots of stations of the cross, the Hallohkapelle, the Caller Dom and the chapel on the Schlade. There were also a few saint houses along the way.
Oh and the view was there too. After all, a large part of the route ran over the Ruhrhöhenweg XR.

Corpus Christi processions are canceled this year, so we wanted to see what's going on in the neighboring village. On the top of the cliffs you could hear the ringing of the Lennedom in Letmathe. At least something.
Otherwise a pretty relaxed tour, even if you had to fight obstacles in some places.

Inspired by a tour of the mountain fire jack, we also walked today from Gasmert via the Verse and Fürwigge dams to the Nordhelle. Somewhat modified and adapted to the personal running taste. The paths there also offer a lot of variation.
Overall, it was a very nice and relaxed round.
