Mehr oder weniger zufällig wieder ans Wandern gekommen. Als Kind und Jugendlicher durfte/musste ich an vielen Wochenenden mit meinem Vater im Saarland und Rheinland Pfalz an zahlreichen "Volkswanderungen" teilnehmen.
Weiss gar nicht ob es die heute noch gibt. Es gab Tage da wurden um die begehrten Medaillen zu sammeln 2 x 10-20 Kilomenter "geschrubbt". Nicht immer ein Vergnügen für einen jungen Menschen.
Aber irgend etwas von damals ist wohl hängen geblieben. Ich will meine alten Knochen wieder in Form bringen, und das Bäuchlein auch und habe wieder angefangen schnell zu wandern. Klappt bisher ganz gut.
Papa wäre stolz auch mich.Bei den Listungen "Experte" und "Pioneer" bin ich nicht dabei, habe ich abgeschaltet - für Kinderkram bei dem man Punkte auf der Couch durch "gefällt mit" erwerben kann bin ich nicht zu haben.Videos zu den Touren findet ihr hier:

That went a little better today. Tempo not quite like "in the old days" but acceptable. The route is known, I am now using it to regain my fitness. Try 20-25 KM on Sunday.

After a long time, finally a round without pain in the foot - that will probably be slow. Well-known trails take you along the Havel, Oder-Havel Canal and Oranienburger Canal in great weather. As it looks, I'm back at the start.
