Taucher , beginnender Wanderer und langjähriger Naturliebhaber , Trekking Bike Fahrer , ein wenig gehandicapt nach einem nicht geladenen „Mietnomaden“ . HABE DIESEN BESIEGT . Jetzt jeden Tag auf dem Weg der Heilung . Wer nimmt mich oder mich und meine Frau vielleicht mal mit auf eine der diversen Wanderrunden rund um Essen oder Fahrradtouren plus minus 50 km oder 100 km mit oder wenn wir mal unterwegs sind .... !?
Es gibt ja so einige fast täglich Wanderer in dieser Community . Das würde mich sehr sehr freuen ... denn so habe ich zusätzlich einen Antrieb raus zu kommen , die Bewegung und die Luft ist so wichtig für mich . Liebe Grüße Euer Frieder

Turned a lap before today's rain. Unfortunately, I sold my MTB, often lost my footing and now I know what it can do better than the touring bike. Thick skins with studs, for example. It was great ... despite the "e" on the bike, it was also exhausting for me. I'm slowly coming back in.

Well, what do you do by bike at Essen main station ... Doc there and back. Unfortunately I have to say ... big city and bike a stupid combination. So luckily ... live away from the madness. Essen is currently trying to upgrade with bike paths ... never doing anything helps now, even little. Unfortunately .
