Paralyzed in hospital two weeks ago 👩🦽 and today my first short walk in spring ☀️. What a fun environment! And coincidentally also on the route of the Hunenpad so I'll be back here soon. Rehabilitate first. 💪 Life is good.

The Kniphorstbosch is beautiful. You must have walked here. We start at the Schipborg estate, which Berlage designed for the Kröller-Müller family. Unfortunately not viewable.

We were tipped to take a look at this beautiful estate. One of the most beautiful and largest in the Netherlands. Definitely a great tip to go and see!

Hoy me enfrento a granizo y nevadas y luego me mima un sol encantador. Paso junto a túmulos funerarios y dólmenes. El escondite en Valthe es una historia impresionante de una historia horrible.
Veo el culo de un ciervo enorme, ¿o es un ciervo? Nunca antes encontrado en los bosques de Drenthe.

Un breve fragmento del Hondsrugpad de hoy. Empecé con desgana, porque esta parte de la ruta está en mi área de origen, me hice llevar a Exloo para tener algo de sentido. Dos horas de paseo por antiguos caminos, bellos bosques, páramos y dólmenes. En resumen #mooidrenthe

A kind of mud race along the Amerdiep. I needed stefels and chock sticks to keep my balance.
In the summer it is probably also beautiful when there are grazers in the meadow. We found clear traces of beavers along the Amerdiep, several trees gnawed down, presumably the kingfisher will also be found here…
