Start at the P + R parking lot Moselweiß, then up the Moselle on the Moselle cycle path, quickly changed to the Rhine (the forest road that we had chosen first was bumpy & very steep, then a short federal road and back into the forest). Actually it was going to rain all day. We dared to go out anyway and were rewarded again. Except for a few drops we stayed dry and even got some rays of sunshine. After the hike we have in Burgstaaken in the harbor: eat fish and visit the submarine. A successful first day of vacation.
