Información sobre Hardtail Rick 🎗️
A little bit about me. I got back into cycling while being furloughed. It all started in my living room on an exercise bike that was originally bought with good intentions ! Those were strange dark days dealing with isolation etc, but that bike started a new beginning, brought some sanity back into my life and encouraged me to pump up those flat tyres on my old hard Tail. I ventured out and a new flame had been lit which pushed me forward and led me on a new path in my life 🚴♂️
I started to meet other cyclists and the rides expanded and with my newly gained enthusiasm came weight loss, improved fitness and improved mental health !
I met up up with an an old work mate from years gone by. He was already a keen cyclist and our friendship grew as did our mountain bike adventures......
