La segunda etapa de hoy nos llevó por el paso de montaña transitable más alto de Eslovenia, el paso de Vršič. Después de un breve descanso bajamos a Sočatal. Allí todavía tuvimos tiempo suficiente para sumergirnos en el agua fría. El destino de la etapa era Bovec.
