Driving with three people is three times as much fun. 👍 Wonderfully relaxed tour to and along the Erft, across through the Ville and back over the heights of the foothills and over the apple route.
Definitely recommendable starting point is the Cafe Trebellii in Merten-Trippelsdorf. Phenomenal location…

In dream weather a lap up the Ahr for two. The access through the Vischeltal is scenic as usual, but also extremely deep and muddy. Note: Deep, wet ground and changing inclines are the end of the battery! The radio telescope, however, moved faster than ever and that was certainly not due to the excellent mulled wine.
