Today we went with the crossers through the Luisenpark along the Gera to the Marienthal bridge.
There we decided to take the bike path to Ingersleben-Neudietendorf and then follow the "Apfelstädt Trail" for a while.

Today we walked around the Ohratalsperre.
At 14.5km I only saw 2 hikers.

Today we were drawn to the southern Harz.
We both did not yet know the large Auerberg with the spectacular Joseph Cross (38m high and approx. 100,000 rivets).
A very nice area and I keep finding that you can see more of the area on foot than on a bike.
The storm damage is also evident in the southern Harz, unfortunately.
