A mostly beautiful and varied tour, but you don't have to be critical of a constant up and down. A motor is recommended for a relaxed ride.
I was surprised how many historical properties there are around Melle that are well worth seeing.

A cycle path is still being worked on on the road from Strange to Scharrel; but there were few cars.
The forest paths near Barnsdorf were not easy to find.
The forest near Eydelstedt is more for mountain bikes.

In the Hötigbaum nature reserve, I have chosen a couple of paths where the bike would have to be pushed.

Don't follow my path in the Nettetal, unless you're into military cycling. From the Forellenhof stay on the upper path.
In itself a (A) varied route, but without nuclear power powered mopeds but very (A) demanding. A steady up and down.

A wonderful tour with a lot of nature and a lot of easily navigable paths without a lot of traffic. Since I wanted to have the Geven Reckenfeld open-air stage on the tour, there are bike paths along the streets in the part, but that didn't bother me.
