Mein Name ist Daniel Giffhorn, ich bin Waldführer im Nationapark Bayerischer Wald und Wanderführer beim Deutschen Wanderverband. Wandern, wohnen und leben findet in Schönberg Grafenau rund um das Best Western Hotel Antoniushof statt. Das Hotel wird von meiner Tochter Frau Posch geführt. #Rund um Schönberg ist der Naturpark, die Ilz und gleich hinter Grafenau ist der Nationalpark Bayerischer Wald. Tour goes from the Birnbacher height to Schwaibach and there in the trail no.1. The forest is very beautiful, old and large and partly mixed forest. Roads easy - too much road 😩

Very nice hike with everything the national park has to offer. Mixed mountain forest, wind throwing areas, beech forest, spruce groves and, of course, spring streams. Back and forth for a retreat in the Vigilance hut short but very nice trip into the wilderness.

Beautiful round hike from Schoenberg over the Mitternach Ohe to Maukenreuth (Familotel Landhaus zur Ohe) to Eberhardsreuth to the Beaver. Back it goes over a very beautiful mountain trail with impressive panorama.
The hike goes from the Racheldiensthütte to Rachelsee and then leads to the Führholzfilz - the forest playground back to Spiegelau - Kurparkplatz.
