Unstrut, Schmücke und Hohe Schrecke

Wonderful end to the Unstrut cycle path.

Simply brilliant .... I can't say more. And we found and caught the Unstrut crocodile. 😆😆😆

This cycle path is a real treat for all the senses. Very flat and easy to drive. Just a few surveys in the cities. So good for our old bikes. 😆 And the Unstrut valley is so wildly romantic. The weather was fine, wonderful autumn sun. This is how it should stay for the next 2 bike days.

A wonderfully quiet area. Steinburg and Wallroda both have no thoroughfares. So it means almost no traffic. Wallroda is a really nice place with well-kept houses. I always love the large gates to the homesteads.
