Like the country ... nice little Frisian town where the closer you get to the brewery, the smell of mash. Not uncomfortable, however. A Jever in Jever tastes very different, of course 😉 and is part of the city tour program.

This beautiful island is 17 km long, making it the longest of the East Frisian islands. Getting to the western end with the e-bike is a breeze. There is a large sand bank here, the Billriff - fantastically beautiful, like a sandy desert in the sea.

Sun, rain, sun - all on one dike. Water, not water - a long walk makes it possible. Lots of wind, hardly any people and always the islands in view. Sheep. Expanse. East Frisian tea, fresh fish. North Sea. Nice.
