Wandern im Harz

Today explored the beautiful city of Goslar on foot



- to be reached from the train station in a few steps

That would have been nice in any case :-) maybe we will do it :-)

Wonderful spring hike in bright sunshine!

There were only a few hikers on the way :)

Nice round for the afternoon. Several ponds are enclosed, and in summer you can sometimes go swimming.



The Pension Holl and Boll is very recommendable!

Nice round, but it should be noted that the artificial moat can hardly be seen as it is very overgrown at the moment.

It could be a bit exhausting for allergy sufferers, as a lot of grass grows. ;-)

The avenue of the senses was nothing special and therefore not absolutely necessary as a dangling.

Start of our Harz short vacation (5 days):



Wernigerode. Super pretty town with great half-timbered houses.

Up to the castle is quick (30 minutes).

We weren't inside because it was too full for us (school holidays, Corona, etc.).



Christianental wildlife park: not spectacular. But nothing is lost for € 1 entry… Leer más

Great tour that we stretched out over the day.



Castles in Blankenburg with the baroque gardens are nice to look at.



But the highlights were definitely the Teufelsmauer, which we crossed over the Kammweg. And the grandfather rock including the great views on this bright sunny summer day.

Quedlinburg - the most beautiful historic old town I've seen so far!

Definitely to be recommended.

Not overcrowded despite the main travel season and great weather, as there are so many beautiful corners that it is well distributed.



Parked a bit on the edge, as it is free;)
