Lahn-Dill Bergland Extratouren

One of my absolute favorite laps 🙂 I can highly recommend it, but is not that easy to run in snow and mud 🐕‍🦺🐕‍🦺🚶🥾

Today we went out into nature again in the best weather.

The Lahn Dill Bergland Extra Tour Hirzenhainer Höhenflug with its almost 14 km. It starts in Angelburg Lixfeld.

The second stage started at around 5 a.m. It felt like it was fast to Katzenbach, but then it went back to Biedenkopf in several loops. All in all a first trekking tour, where a lot of experience could be gained for the coming ones. Especially when it came to the weight of the backpack.

Very nice and above all varied round. Great views and many opportunities to rest are given. With a few exceptions, the signage is very good, as is always the case on the Lahn Dill Bergland trails. Despite the rain, I think the dachshunds liked it a lot the start of my lap is different from the designated start in Steinperf.

Muy variada a través de prados, bosques y campos, la ruta circular no permite la monotonía. ¡La señalización es muy buena!

Wonderful round with all the trimmings.

Start in Gladenbach via Rachelshausen up to the Hünsteinturm Inn Holzhausen. Then a few meters to the old diabase quarry in Rachelshausen. From there again over forest and field. At the end it goes to the Gladenbacher Schweiz with an impressive rocky landscape. Excellent signposted round!

Nice round, but after the rain some paths are difficult to walk due to forest work. Because not all the meadows have been mowed, it is best to wear high boots in bad weather.
