Vom Dreisamtal bis Hinterzarten

Today Markus took me on a huge hike - huge long - huge high - but really huge 😊

I did not yet know the Frauensteigfelsen, but I did know the route to Hinterzarten, but only from the other direction.

The first 2.5 km steep climb to the Frauensteig rock is rewarded with a very nice view of Himmelreich and towards Freiburg and Wagensteig.

At the beginning a nice narrow path, but it was overgrown after the first kilometer 🙂, short off-grid passage, then on again on a soft path.

On rather unspectacular but easy-to-run forest / forest roads up to Nessellachen, (the high path from Himmelreich to Hinterzarten), where there was a wonderful… Leer más

It was a lot of fun to march up Freiburg's local mountain with such a nice group. Although there was no perfect sunset because of the clouds, our mood was perfect.

The view of the ever stronger Freiburg sea of lights was really great.

Hinterzarten - Neustadt ... or, how do I get around three hours of waiting 😀!

At the recommendation of Barbara 😉🙋‍♀️ it was a small but crisp round today. First on the Frauensteig rock - you have a fabulous view from up there. The fog in the valley looked like cotton wool - wonderful.

At the beginning on wide natural paths, later on narrow paths today we went up to Sankt Peter. A beautiful, recommendable and promising tour with many beautiful benches to enjoy the views, first into the Dreisamtal then the ridge from the Roßkopf to St. Peter and at the Lindenberg the brilliant view… Leer más

This light in the woods at the moment is so beautiful, I could hardly get enough of it. The beautiful paths and leafy paths were enough today to enjoy this tour very much, even without great views.

With a short detour up to the Rosskopfturm, the prospects would also be given, always worthwhile.

Implemented the tip of Markus, we are from Reckenberg on beautiful forest roads, partly wide, sometimes narrow, to St. Peter run - very nice tour.

in fantastic weather, beautiful autumn colors and 3/4 of the way ingenious singletrack 😍 the way leads today to the Kingdom of Heaven. Was a wonderful tour, I will go uphill with security again.

The tour to the Höfener Hütte is always great and the view there is simply stunning. If you also want a nice way back, just take the outward path allerdings, but not without taking a look into the Zastlertal from the Häusleberg above, great view also to the Feldberg.

If you like it quiet, this tour is the right place for you: alternating on beautiful forest paths, slightly overgrown paths or on soft meadow paths, you first go steadily upwards and parallel to the Wagensteigbach.

Once at the highest point of the tour, there are a good three kilometers of wonderful views… Leer más
